After a careful evaluation of essential and necessary conditions for the project’s realization , BeLand Golf Design will create several conceptual Routing Plans on the property’s topography map. On this basis, BeLand Golf Design will confirm with the developer the scope of the work, including Clubhouse, amenities and residential location. BeLand Golf Design will work in coordination with the developer’s land planners, engineers, architects and government authorities from concept to completion.

  • Site inspections and acquire all available information. Meetings between the developer and BeLand design staff will create the initial philosophy for the project;
  • Initial routing plans that optimize golf course design and land planning;
  • Estimated broad costs and schedule to evaluate the philosophy and the project.

Phase One – Permit Document

  • Routing Plan: tees, fairways, greens, roughs, bunkers; practice area, Clubhouse and Maintenance building locations;
  • Earthwork Plan with cut and fill;
  • Drainage Plan;
  • Irrigation Plan;
  • Individual Green Plans;
  • Grassing Plan – greens, tees, fairways, roughs;
  • Golf Car Path Plan inside the golf course;
  • Landscape. Plan with Details.

Second Phase – Execution Phase

  • Calculation of a single services (works) for the golf course’s realization;
  • Construction site;
  • Dig and carry;
  • Shaping;
  • Shaping on fairways, tees, greens e bunkers. Where request add of underlayer to improve the quality of the soil;
  • Drainage installation;
  • Irrigation system installation;
  • Dig of hydrographic hollow, waterproof where request, excavation of wells;
  • Field’s work, weeding, preparation for seeding, seeding.
