BeLand Garden Design

BeLand Garden Design has a strong background in botanical physiology and architectural studies. BeLand is attuned with how nature grows and moves around us.

BeLand Garden Design notices even the slightest nuances of green areas, colors and smells that provide us with elegantly refined natural spaces.
BeLand Garden Design has a high regard for the customer and the appropriate plants needed for any final project.

The BeLand Garden Design Landscape Designer will conduct the first phase of inspections on your green space to understand your vision and needs. This inspection is important because we need to see the site’s characteristics, understand the landscape and get a feel for your home’s style. All the notes, drawings and feedback will be used to plan and development the perfect design that is aligned with your unique green space.

The next phase will be to analyze the blueprint, which may vary in different types of landscape designs such as Autocad, hand sketches or watercolors.
The second meeting’s objective is to review the full execution. We will review and decide on the final design plan, specific green solutions and budget. We will share the ‘story’ of every plants’ details like the quantity, type, species and characteristics. The plan will also include more specifics like paving, parking area options, balconies, outdoor furniture, lighting, irrigation plans and drainage systems details.

Our Landscape Designer will follow the plan step by step and will ensure that all the plants and additions will be installed in the approved location based on the signed plans.

BeLand Idea, a division under BeLand Garden Design, provides an online landscape design no matter where you live. Just send us a survey. If you do not have one, we will need some simple measurements. Explain what you are looking for, perhaps foundation plantings, a new patio, a spruced up walkway, an arbor, impressive retaining walls, grading or anything else related to the landscape.

Through photographs and conversations, we will be able to determine the extent and grade of any slopes on your property. Depending on the conditions, we may need some additional information from you. We will provide you with a professional drawing drawn to scale from which you or a contractor can work directly off of. A surveyor may be required if there are some uncertainties with your property details, but only if it is completely necessary.

The landscape design drawings will include paving materials, additional notes, a complete plant list (names, quantities and planting sizes), plant location, lighting design, etc. Drainage options will be included if necessary.
